A good sailing couple of hours shame about the broken gear !!!!!!!
I started on my fanatic cat(yes afew of us still sail long boards) with Naish Koa 8.5.I sailed out to the shipping lane then reached to the pier at which point I heard cracking sounds as my dagger board snapped in two which made the beat back to the dip alot harder!!!
I then changed to my starboard carve 145 and started to beat to the ferry river mouth to play with the kitesurfer when I hooked in my harness half way round a gybe and put my knee through my sail.I managed to sail back with a metre hole in my sail and packed up before I broke anything else !!!!! (please check out the wanted section as I am looking for a 8.5 sail and a dagger board)
